Relapse ... Didn't watch porn ... Got excited by the movies ... Didn't even masturbate, but kept on watching movie scenes and can't hold it for longer ... Thought that watching movies was not porn and I can hold it for longer ... Fallen into that trap ... After 36 successful days...

 

Today I just hit 7 days without any porn I feel better that I got it together

I can't believe it happened, I've fallen after 115 days! Started a new job and all the changes and stress has got the best of me. I lost myself in all of this! I thought I would never fall again guys after getting to 115 days. It feels awful to get back to the start but I know I did a major reboot in these 115 days. I'll try to see things positively and mentally as a step back of about 20 days. I feel like I let you guys down but I promise I'll come back stronger!

 

Day 6 going on, urges are there but I won't lose to them.

I feel you. Could you share a bit more detail with us? What was your trigger, what was the excuse?
It will be helpful for you and for us.

Irrationally, i feel guilty: this is a second release after I created the scoreboard table for this thread.

Personal update:
I said I feel you, because I had very strange wet dream.
My body ejaculated once, but the dream kept on and i kept reading that filthy newspaper of porn that i grew up with.
It feels like total relapse with all those explicit images, but i will count it as a wet dream and as a loud warning and will do my best to stay away from such things when I am awake and conscious.
I overcame urges yesterday, that came because I stayed up late to work.
