Greetings fellow Flapstranouts! So this my first day in the forum. I'm 51 and have been addicted to porn and masturbation for 42 years. This behavior is against my religion, (Mormon/LDS) and has lead me to strip clubs, massage parlors, prostitutes, fornication with women from bars and adultry and destroyed my two prior marriages and destroying my third. I never improperly touched my three children, but they were taken from me, in 2007. I agree with overcoming P and M, but never, ever O! I will never give up the intense feeling of the big O! I look forward to integrating in the forum and restoring my relationship with myself, my children, my wife, my family circle, my friends, my co-workers and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Hi Ssaun. I agree, I don't want to give up O either. Maybe only temporarily until I get a handle on things, but definitely not permanently.

The Big O is truly something, Inky Artist, but when I manipulate myself I feel guilt and shame and less of a man. But, if I express that sensation and feeling with my wife it not only heightens the experience, but I do not have the bitter after taste. It's guilt-free.

Hey, Ssaun. And do you know from where this guilty feeling come? Do it come from a belief or an idea...? Or is it just an uncomconfortable feeling more than a mind construction? My personal opinion is that our bodies are made to feel (pleasures or uncomfortable things) and find out how we can love ourselves in a balanced way and treat our bodies with kindness. Through our bodies we can reach our souls. That's the point. We need to find this balance to enjoy our lifes.

Feliz, it is our innate conscience, which is "the light of Christ". When we do good, we feel it is right. When we do bad, we feel it is wrong.
