    ANYBODY HAVE SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO NOT RELAPSE, IVE BEEN RELAPSING SINCE JULY ITS GETTING HARD BY THE MINUTE. I CANT STAY FOR EVEN A WEEK WITHOUT ENDING UP IN A RELAPSE, MY SOCIAL LIFE HAS BECOME SHIT I CAN BARELY KEEP UP WITH IT AND ITS STARTING TO TAKE A TOLL ON ME. SO I HUMBLY ASK YOU MY FELLOW FAPSTRONAUTS FOR HELP ON TO TACKLE THIS SEVERE ADDICTION

  3. Do you tend to relapse when you're dealing with difficult emotions? In my case I often get an urge after an "awkward" social encounter. So I just tell myself I'm triggered because of that encounter, the urge will pass, everything will be okay. Healthy distractions such as music can help also.

    Do you tend to relapse at certain times, on certain days? You could try to be out of the house at those times, or plan other things to make relapse difficult at those times.

    Do you obsess about your day count? As @Sam_ba suggested to me, you could try only thinking about the number of digits. So, 10 days means double figures, 100 days means triple figures..

    @hermit_ninja come to think of it what you're saying is what usually happens, whenever am bored or lonely I usually end up relapsing and later feel depressed about it. I'll try to work out when the urges comes and see what state my mind and body is to try to counter it.
