I think nofap has to be paired with building a new healthy lifestyle, and it has to do with eating healthier, especially for an overweight person like me.

What is a typical meal plan would you recommend? Let's say for a person that is trying to lose 10-20kgs.

Man I have the exact opposite problem. . . sorry can't be of any help.

  3. I agree with you. I changed my lifestyle and with it my diet. I find that there is no one answer for this. I went plant based and have lost 24 lbs (10.8 kg) in the past 59 days. What I do is just choose some vegetables and fruit and eat until I am full. I love it. I also exercise. Again this works for me. Others will have their own opinion. Also starting weight has a part in it as well. I started at 214 at 6ft 1in.

Go on a ketogenic diet. (Google it)

I’m doing it and I’ve shed almost 20 pounds already in the first two weeks. I also have more energy, blood tests show improved numbers / improved health and I have more mental clarity. Plus I get to eat lots of bacon! :p

There's so much on dieting out there! I think its hard to know where to turn. I've found that eating slower and taking time to enjoy food really helps. I'm 21 though and I think I have a fast metabolism. I'm working on building muscles and getting super toned, not really sure anything but weightlifting will get me there.

  6. Properly formulated Ketogenic diet worked for me. In less than two years I've dropped 108kg. Best place to do the diet correctly can be found here.

  7. Well I stopped drinking beer and sodas to lose weight I also walks every day and or lift weights and pushups eating home cooked meals is always healthier than fast foods and muscle milk is healthy food replacement meals

I've never been really overweight, but every time I want to loose a few pounds I do two things: Eat less, and run like crazy. Eat less, and healthier. Get a decent pair of running shoes (they don't have to be $500 Nike Astrolanders, with the light up heals and inflatable water wings) and start running. It's hard at first, but if you can manage to go for regular daily runs for two weeks, you'll be hooked.

  10. Drastically reduce the amount of refined sugar you eat. Look at ingredients lists. A lot of food is full of sugar. Try and avoid it as much as possible.

Things with both dairy and sugar are particularly bad: pizza (especially frozen etc.), Ice-cream, milk chocolate and so on.

  11. Its a matter of a lifestyle change, eat healthier and exercise. Stay away from diets and supplements, first diets work but most of the time people gain back everything and more that that lost in weight, and supplements are a waste of money, if you are eating healthy then you will just pee out money each day cause your body cant use it.

So eat healthy and exercise is the best thing, don't starve yourself, it is better to lose weight at a steady pace then to loose it fast.

Figure out how many calories you need to stay at the same weight. Continue to do everything you currently do excersize wise, and decide on a daily calorie intake. Weather it be 2000/day, or 3000 calories a day. Witch ever you think fits. Once you have a number in mind, eat that amount of calories per day for 2 weeks. If you lose a bit of weight, you know you can eat slightly more each day to maintain that weight. If you gain, you know that many calories is too much. Once you dial into how many calories you can take in while maintaining your weight (your base line). To lose 1 pound per week, cut 500 calories per day, give or take (1 pound per week loss is a healthy average)

Keep in mind, as you change weight/change activity level, your base line will change

Keep adjusting to maintain 1 pound/week loss of weight

    1. Cardiovascular excercise
    2. Reduce calorie intake

Aim to loose 2 pounds of body weight per week. There are 3500 calories in 1 pound of body fat. Thats a 1000 calorie defecit per day. Aim to burn off 500 calories per day doing excercise and reduce your calories buy 500 from the number of calories to sustain your weight (2500 calories for average male/2000 for female).

Reduce your carb intake and eat low gi varients together with high protein/low fat diet.

PM me for any more advice. I bodybuild :)

  17. Should be "simple"

Cut caffeine. (yes widthdrawal symthoms sucks ass)

Drink plenty water but don't forget to take in minerals, drinking only water is not enough for hydration

Cut sugar, its processed like alcohol in the liver, goes straight to hard visceral fat.

    Exercise.

    Why cut caffeine?

  19. Caffeine contributes to overeating and slows metabolism in a number of different ways. caffeine impacts on our stress levels, which causes an increase in hunger, muscle breakdown, and a relocation of fat stores to the body’s center. More precisely, caffeine raises our cortisol levels, and cortisol is one of the body’s chief stress hormones. With regular caffeine use, our cortisol levels become chronically elevated, making weight loss and the maintenance of a lean physique difficult.

A lot of bodybuilders use caffeine, pills or from caffe.

If you're fat fuck caffeine is minor thing to change. First food and exercise then other things.
