    Hi,
    Thanks for including me in this group. I have been addicted to Porn for almost a decade now. I don't have any sexual related problems like ED. Of late I have started my spiritual practice. I wanted to quit Pornography to enhance my spiritual practise. I am married and wanted to connect with my wife in a better way. I also find I am wasting lot of my time watching Pornography. It is affecting my productivity at work. Hopefully this forum will help me to get rid of this of problem.
