Day 1 is done. Had some urges. Had a nice text conversation with a girl I love deeply who knows about this problem of mine. It was just nice knowing that she's always been incredibly supportive. We're not together, but we saw a lot of each other for a while and having her support, as well as the support of this entire community is uplifting. Thank you all.
Day 3 started for me at noon. It’s going well so far! I hope the challenge is going well for everyone else.
yeah that was the first time I have ever done that, I never thought it could be possible. Once we start it we get into auto mode, its crazy. But I just started thinking about how much I wanted to quit and that killed my vibe for a second so I decided to stop before looking back at the screen and getting back on auto mode. Its a struggle
