Hello all, its been quite a journey. i am very proud of myself for reaching this mile stone of 90 days which i hope all of you will reach. Things that helped me to abstain (drive to have more energy, strong desire to change to my best self, also i wanted to be able to have a wet dream lol which still didnt happen) so over all, i wanted to brag here hehehe and i wanted to thank all of you who supported me .. and continue to. i really wish you all the best any notes or info about more abstaining is appreciated.

Congrats man... You reached your goal... Apart from not watching porn,did u stop objectifing women in real life???? I just want to know,I'm struggling with that
sometimes i do look at some of my women friends like that "only because of how they act around me" but other women i don't look at them as objects anymore.. but there is always that savage lower self which i caged through my journey and will only unleash that beast on someone who wants lol i don't if that made sense, but i described it the best way i know how.
Congratulations on your achievement! Hope I get to 90 days, I'm on a 13-day streak now. You should read some of the forums on here about what to do after hitting your goals, it's so easy to relapse again.
