I've failed remove me from the list. I crashed after 72 days. Nearly half way there.

Though I have failed your challenge I will continue with it on my own and take these 180 days by myself.

already on day five,
but I just started using the counter so its day 0 for me!

 

I had just relasped but I feel like every time I try it gets harder and harder but imma give it my all this time

 

Adjust the date of the counter to 25th October then.

Personal update:
Last night i was suffocating of core throat and bronchial issues so i had hard time falling asleep. At some point my exhausted mind figured that in all this suffering i may threat myself with a P dopamine fix.
My consciousness realized the trap that my old habits were laying and dismissed the idea. And even better, remembered of a meditation technique to cause a pleasant response in my body together with a healing effect. I was asleep in 10 minutes or so and slept very well!
