Checking in 22/10/17 - almost 30 days in. Temperable moods some mornings, not sure if still flat lining or not. Started to take cold showers every morning which helps with focus.

 

I'm certainly in!

44 days done. About 25% of the way.
I think this time is needed by the body to undo what has been done, and your body can start to really improve things from now.
So those relapse, try again. Those who aren't, but are losing hope. Don't give in. It's not worth it.

 

Checking in day 75! Feel great, I finally have some good sleep and urges are going down. I'm more in control of it! I won't say the battle is over, I've fallen at 82 days back in April but I'm more vigilant now! I know the urges will come back when I'll least expected or on days where you feel weaker. Blessings everybody!

 

Checking in day 31! I'm okay and still happy to be here in this challenge with you guys.

This is it guys! 70 days streak. From now on I`m writing personal records. My longest streak was 70 until the summer but I lost then because of the `one will do harm`toughts, but they did! and I know that now. My body knows about this 70 days streak better than me. I say that because since day 67 the urges started to reapear and they become stronger as the days pass. I think my body and mind know that here can be a pointbreak, but NO! I know where my mind wants to get me and when it begins with things like`hey what`s with that pic`or `that video might be interesting`or `what if...`I raise my middle finger to it and shut down all that `interesting`things. If it can`t calm down I will shut down the concious with a 30 min sleep. Now the urges can`t conquer me anymore, now I`m stronger! Now I`m a WARRIOR! and a warrior won`t give up even on the way to it`s death! If I can do it YOU can do it too! guys! Don`t let your mind win...Conquer it!
