This is the first day for me in this website. I will join this blog hoping God will help me to change seeing all these people around me suffering the same journey as me.

Day 2/90! Everytime I look at this post, I get excited, I really wanna reach the 90 days! It sounds really awesome to reach 90 days in a row! I installed a counter app with a widget, which shows my succesful days every time I look at my phone

Day 77 : Getting more built and feel good. Distractions are still there but I'm working on them. So far so good.

 

Guys i m on day 13 and yesterday i noticed semen in urine is this normal during NoFap plz help me worried about this
