    i started NoFap because I haven't had good erections for a while now and I'm only 19. I was PMOing 2/3 times a day and couldn't get it all the way up. I am single now and decided to take up NoFap and am 16 days in. I have experienced some incredible benefits, however I still am not receiving 100% random erections like I used to. Any help?

    Don't worry about it. Let the days pass, improve other aspects of your life, your sexual energy will come back with time. Just remember that time heals all things.
