[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

I am literally on day 0 and i think this'll be a great way to start off my streak to a PMO-free life! Time for a change!

 

I am on day 0, I really want to start right now. If I can do this 7 day, I hope I can do more 7 days!

Please count me in. This is day 0 for me. My long term is goal is 90days ultimately and these are my first steps.

 

Day 6 done, just a few hours left before I got Day 7. I hope to go on after the seven days.

The urges still are there, waiting to pull me in. I might do some research on the 90 day effects, and go for 30 days after this.

Hey guys I'm in. Relapsed today and want to make a small step towards freedom.

 

Day two for me. Not any urges yet. And I was bombed yesterday, which is when it happens. And the day after when the anxiety kicks in.

 

Finished Day 5! Starting to get rough...send all your prayer and moral support if you can!
