This is going to sound loony but I bought a dvd entitled Aquarium and basically you put it in the player and on the screen are these fish, cichlids from Lake Malawi, swimming around in a tank and you sit there and watch them. You can choose between 2 tanks and there's the option of just the sounds of the water or classical music. I'm finding it brilliant, it calms me down and takes me out of myself. I rarely ever watch the tv but this is something else. Very calming, very healing. If any of you see one of these dvd's I highly recommend getting one. Plus of course, no dead fish and no cleaning of the tank needed
Wait to go man, it can be hard to clear your mind sometimes when urges become strong. Glad you found a tool to help. If you like the fish you might want to check out planet earth, that's a really good one. In my opinion anyways.
Yeah me too Mike. Funnily enough, I couldn't listen to it at all when I was fapping but now my brain's slowed right down, I'm loving it.
