Go to a coffee shop and talk to people. Men, women, young or old, it really doesn't matter. Not only is this great way to spend time, but it also improves your social skills, which will make it much easier to talk to girls and possibly find a girlfriend in the future.

 

Draw, paint, play music if you can -- learn how to play if you can't. Try some basic meditation techniques. Maybe start some sport -- jogging or hiking if you're not into competetive sports. If you are, join a team of some sort. There are lots of things you can do away from the computer and / or TV. I'm not saying those are bad but all things in moderation -- except fapping which, at this time, should not be a choice obviously.

I'm learning sign language, guitar, ukulele, juggling.
I can't do those at the beginning of the year, not even a bit.

Pick a musical instrument, guitar would be easiest. There are plenty of books that allow you to teach yourself or you can get lessons.

 

Buy a PS4 and some games.

 

Joining social/sports groups is the best way. You feel better because of physical exercise and its benefits and you develop real friendships and relationships.

 

MAke extra income. Get yourself financially independent.
