Hey guys I've been PMO free for 32 days now.. Its crazy when sometimes i couldn't make it past 3 days or two days, I have seen some benefits.. Women have slowly started to not be sexual objects, I didn't look at them like that totally before but its definitely less than before, I had a HUGE tendency when i looked at women to normally look at their body shape but this has changed and I've been more in control of where my gaze goes.. I took some action in getting my business forward, Ive been given a little praise for the improvement of my work as an employee, Simple things that wouldn't usually stimulate me sexually now do, Even down to a hug.. Dude i hugged this girl I'm talking to and i was almost rock hard and i was confused.. Maybe thats just because sometimes we can't always control when we get hard i don't know, It has definitely allowed me to hold better conversations with females that I've just met or met a few times, I still like to keep myself to myself cause naturally i am an introvert but i am trying to be more open and extravert-ish... Caught a few girls staring at me when i wasn't looking, A lot more positive to where somebody told me they could feel my energy through the phone (dunno what that meant but yeah) Whether this is all linked NoFap and abstention from PMO i really have no clue but these are some of the positives I've noticed in the first month.. Hoping to start regular exercise again as i used to attend the gym several times a week.. Hoping to complete the 90 day program! (Ive had some sexual dreams but no ejaculation when i wake up hmm) Anyways! Hope this testimonial helped somebody!
If you do Strength Training like weight lifting or Sprint Interval training, you will increase your testosterone and sex drive and it will make you feel very good and strong. All your saved up energy gives you more power to do this
I was actually thinking of starting bodyweight exercises like Calisthenics with the occasional bench press, Family member of mine has been doing calisthenics a long time and the dude is shredded! Thanks for the tip!
Should definately do the trick as well! As long as you push the workouts as hard as you can, it's gonna make you feel strong and like a winner

I know it's easier said than done bro but just make a decision to stop and truthfully stop and follow it through.. Occupy your time with reading books and positive audios, Exercise.. Even casual walks outside to appreciate nature there's so much you can do when you're not worried about porn I do believe if you just stop watching porn but don't do anything to change your routine you're bound to relapse, Try make some small not huge changes so you don't fall back into your old routine and see where it can take you.
Good job on reaching 32 days, you can probably continue much further, because some say that it is the first month that is the hardest. Being an introvert probably helps i think, because they are usually not around as much women. Stay strong.
I relapsed guys! But I didn't feel as bad I thought I would but I was disappointed cause it's like man 30 days are gone and I feel like I let everybody down but I know that this time around I won't slip as if I can do 30 I know I can do any amount, Thanks for the support!
