So I've had quite a few streaks that have lasted up to 10 days over the last few months, but I've struggled to replace the life destroying habit of PMO with more positive and healing habits. A lot of people on here talk about the benefits of meditation, as a relative beginner does anyone have any tips or resources I could use? I've tried the Headspace app but not much else. This is an interesting video that taught me about mantras and how effective they can be. She has some interesting theories on meditation too. Definitely a good listen if you have an hour to kill.
