Cold showers and old people

I focus on the fact that I have nothing to worry about right now. My penis is the size of a shrimp, and I'm not talking about the jumbo size either. Total flatline here.

 

Cold Showers and hobbies. Recently picked up guitar, working on art, and going on more social adventures. I also have been telling my friends the benefits and getting them to analyze their behaviors. This in turn creates personal accountability.

I read in one of the intro threads that you have to create resolve. I am doing this by making it an open conversation and approaching it as if I am addicted. When I frame it in this way with my peers, I'm finding it more enjoyable to exist. Find a club that does what you like, you like computer games. Any LAN parties going down? Know that's coming back... Don't edge, whatever you do. I did it last time and relapsed at day 7; I'm now 2 1/2 weeks in and loving how I'm buzzing and receiving more random female attention. Allow social interaction, people need people and connections (social hobbies, that's my take)

 

and yes cold showers....lots and lots of cold showers....

 

I think of how fucked up it is that there is an entire industry devoted to you failing. Spending every waking hour to finding new and more addictive ways of delivering content. Raking in the money as people's lives are destroyed. Profiting off of filth and degeneracy. I mean, just think, even for a second, about how far our culture has fallen. Would any of this stuff be permissible during your parent's generation? Their parent's generation? Of course not.

Having a villain is the best thing that ever happened to my reboot. Think about it in those terms and keeping your mind clean will be much easier.
