Ok so I have to write about this. I was browsing on instagram and I saw this pic of a girl in underwear and bikini and she had a big ass (hopefully I didn't give you trigger feelings) so I quickly exited the picture and I'm surprised that instagram almost made me relapse did anyone have a similar experience?

i think its trigger laden, best to avoid

yes sometimes it happens to me too! If I haven't fapped for a while even the most remotely resembling to a bikini will make it harder for me not to relapse. Now that I think about it I have to stop using IG after I get to the point of 20 days or so. But then Triggers are everywhere. Mostly in the you tube thumbnails or if you;re watching an R rated thriller movie and so on,. There will be lot of triggers, sometimes I think it is better to avoid sometimes. But its not good in the long run. As eventually it will lead to a relapse. Thats why I think its important to treat every day as day 1. I'm nowhere in that mindset, but trying to get there.

  4. I think, if instagram photos triggers you and affect your reboot, then you should limit its use or even stop it.

I used instagram a lot and was very active on it but I realized that it was a major source of trigger for me so I deleted my account. You have to be willing to make that kind of sacrifice if you are serious about your nofap success.

I deleted the app completely and plan on staying away from it for good. Its riddled with triggers. You might try your hardest to avoid them but eventually they'll pop up out of nowhere. And before you even know it,you're pulled back in again.Avoid it if you can.You really dont need it
