PIED - holiday breaks

so i have PIED, and i am currently going through no PMO with the view to ending this.

i have a distant memory of taking a 10 day trip where i had forced no pmo, and afterwards i had sex even though i was no pmo, and i had a very solid erection

now i am doing no pmo, and on day 4/5, and i am hoping that after 10 days i start to get something back, but feel like its quite soft and lifeless

any thoughts / comments?
