Welcome to NoFap! Joining is a first step in the right direction. I know the feeling of achievement of goals being delayed by porn. It's important to remember if you have a relapse to not give up. It's not going to be easy. I think the longer you've been consuming porn the harder it is to quit. Personally I've been struggling with it for 18 years and it's not easy to give it up. Thank you Surfing Poet, It's good to know I'm not the only one in this journey. I agree with you that it's not going to be easy, but like you, I'm going to pursue nofap. I relapsed last night & just feel horrible, so thank you for those words as I will keep trying.
