Hello, I'm glad I found this forum. I very much hope to be able to overcome this terrible addiction I have for many years.

I am 43 years old. I've been watching porn all my life. As a child, I found my father's porn video tapes. Later I waited for the pink movies on TV that were broadcast late at night. The Internet made watching porn even easier.

I have a wife and a child, but I never stopped watching porn and masturbating. It was getting harder and harder to have sex with my wife. I have an erection problem when we decide to have sex. I have no problems when I watch porn. We no longer have sex. We have not had sex for more than a year.

This is terrible. I have to do something. And so I'm here. I hope to be able to change something even though I am already 43 years old.

Greetings to all. I wish every one of you success in this difficult decision and abstinence. Wish to me too. I will definitely need it.

I'm sorry to hear about you're situation. I've gone through some of the same porn induced symptoms you have. It is definitely tough to deal with. Have you told you're wife about your PMO addiction?

Just don't lie to your wife about it.

I travel on business trips often for long periods. My wife knows that I watch porn sometimes during these periods, but she doesn't know that I do it once or twice a day. Honestly, I did't know until recently that porn can be so disastrous and may be the cause of my bed failures. I hope this abstinence will help.

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?
