FIRST DAY AT NOFAP

    Hi Guys,

    today is my first day at nofap. I am a 15 year old. I feel less motivated and have social anxiety. My highest number of days without fapping is 10 days. I feel low around girls despite having good looks and girls trying to approach me. My goal is to quit masturbation and porn forever and enjoy life.

    Good dude, go for it. Day 1 always seems long but the days will pass, make sure you control yourself when it comes to urges and such.
