Today is my first time ever being on nofap, and tbh i'm soooo happy. I was looking for something else and I landed on this site, and I'm so happy to know that I'm not alone. Growing up in church as a teenager and seeing all these people who looked like they had it together I always felt like I was the only one going through this struggle and now I've read a few posts showing that there are other people who want to stop pmo has really given me encouragement, therefore my username. I also now know where to go whenever I feel like I can't go on! God bless!
