I notice the wave of crappy low energy comes around Day 4. Last for about 2-3 days. I do feel marginally better than yesterday. Oh man this sucks! But I am staying strong. Exercising and eating keto. I feel my mental capacity is seriously challenged as well. But I know this too shall pass!
