I love God I almost stopped swearing(Working on completely stopping it) I am capable of doing prolonged fast(doing 48h fast atm)
I never give up in spite of how sour my situation appears I try my best to offer advice and comfort to whoever needs it I am more confident than before
I am trying to do something that i thaught i will never do. I m being more practicle. I m more focused than ever.
The first thing I admire most about myself is: I still have not given up fighting. Today I admire myself for trying to heal my body by going to physiotherapy. I admire my haircut, after so many years hating my hair.
I got the courage to prune my life of any attachment which only harms me I never give up I have more initiative
It's such a hard challenge for me, especially since I'm stressed up now. I think I will enter this challenge someday when I'm ready for it..

Hey Even in stressed times you should give yourself rewards. Being gratefull and notice your good things even the smallest will give you more condidence.
1. I have good habits, like wake up early 2. I am honest, careful and dedicated 3. I respect others ( this positive challenge and the gratitude one is great. This focus on internal factors, the latter is about the external world. I will post here and there daily. )
