No porn No games No music No sugar No caffeine Self improvement, getting busy, active, do my hobbies, those are my weapons. Let the war begin. I already installed porn blockers both on my router and my cell phone. My main enemies are dating apps and Instagram. Might as well delete my profile soon.
I admire your resolve and wish you all the best but if I may suggest you keep healthy distractions to help you keep the distance ? I don't know what your feelings towards music are, but I personally could not stop it. Music on the contrary is what kept me going through tough times and is a powerful ally. But it all depends on your own experience. To me, I would have kept music but stopped movies (especially ones featuring sensual scenes) for a while. Again, it's up to you, only you know what works best for you. All the best !
