I overcame 2 addictions in my life before porn and this are my tricks do deal with the addiction: Find hobbies you enjoy, it will distract you from your urges and make you feel more "complete". It also makes you a more interesting person, because you are passionate about something! Exercise, exercise will make you feel great and helps your body and brain (Source)! Does not matter in which way, just go out and drive your bike through your city, go jogging daily or hit gym ! Trust me it will work wonders. Research the f**k out of the topic and you will realise what sh*t you got yourself into. This will help you to be more motivated to beat the addiction and make you even more proud about any accomplishments ! Meet with friends and have a great time. Nothing feels more great than meeting friends and having a great time together! Be confident ! I know its easier said than done, but let me explain. If you meet new persons, be yourself and dont care if they like you or not! Say what you think and dont be afraid to make stupid(in a comedic way) comments or jokes. I do that all the time and it became a well known trait in my friend group :'D Last but not least aim to always improve yourself. Read books, watch self improvment youtube channels/subreddits and raise like a f*cking phoenix from the ashes after every mistake you've done.
