I'm just here to keep myself away from PMO. This is my day 1. And i think i will be not able to make this without you guys. So do wish we good luck on this first day Day 1 No urges still now,but i think they might struck me with a brute force. But yes i will be able to acheive the goals which i made. Forgetting the past is difficult. But if we keep our focus on past it's going to affect our present as well as future. So from now on I am determined to throw this shit away from my life.
This is a good start https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/watch-this-if-youre-struggling.232140/ Good luck
I will keep on posting things so to keep in update with the daily things. And how I avoided pmo and its urges.
Glad you're here. This place has helped me remain focused. It's great people with a common goal. Stick around and read a whole bunch. Your early support for others is heart-warming. God bless!
Day 2: Just got up early today and did some exercise i.e Jumping Jacks, squats, pushups etc. And also did some yoga and meditation. Didn't got urges yet. Sometimes it's difficult to forget your past which got you up by hands and threw it brutualy by force. It's not easy to show it up to everyone. But Yes it's a challenge;I've accepted this in my life Monsieur. The one who made me realise my lies. Thanks to you for caring of me.And letting me know that the path I was following was wrong. You changed my mindset that never be a one who imposes his views on someone.Every one is good in his way. Nevertheless don't forget about the challenge. Thanks for dropping by.
If you haven't already done so, please read the "Getting Started Guide" available on this site's home page. It includes a lot of information that you will find helpful as you start your journey of healing. Also have a look at the "Glossary" on the top of this page for definitions of abbreviations and terms that may be new to you. One day at a time is how we all succeed.
This site is helpful for me too, if anything as a place I can come to do something constructive instead of looking at porn. One of the first steps of my workday is to pull this site up. Many of us here with you with the same goal, and a lot of the same barriers, concerns, temptations, etc. When in doubt, post about it here. It helps.
Same here brotha When i feel i am down I come here and just cut down my depression by posting here all about my life events.
Wishing you all the very best, and Good Luck. I hope you succeed very well in your life as well, brother ! Cheers ! Awesome. That's very good brother !
Thank you for those inspiring words brother, and that was you kind of supporting me with good stuff there !
And Day 3 begins, Felt some urges but engulfed them;Wasn't able to do exercises but will think of doing Meditation.I think the trigger was that i ate 2 sweets(Ladoos).I will try to avoid them in the future. Being a 1st year computer undergraduate I have seek to exploring things as it helps in being an innovator. Firstly,I'm exploring my surroundings i.e fan, a.c ,bulb ,laptop, t.v etc. Exporing things and Reading helps in maintaining a sense of curiosity in minds. As I've read in an article that it helps in making new bonds in Brain and strengthens the existing ones.So in daily life You should try not to avoid it. I hope your Day goes well and God gives you the strength to continue your streak to 365 days.
Day 4: I feel a surge of energy throughout my body. NoFap has helped me to improve in my kinda lazy habits. People are caring here And also correct the people who start to follow the wrong path. After so many days I have started to see a boost in my morale by 10%.People step in this platform to eradicate their usage to PMO inherited in themselves. But they also get rewarded by boost in confidence, enthusiasm,Interacting with other people. And In this step They start to adopt many hobbies such as singing, dancing, running,Instrumental, swimming etc. So we start to find a way which cures and heals us to be a better human instead of being a lethargic one. So I hope that you even find that way. Thanks for taking your time and reading this journal.
Yes, that is what this is all about. You recognize that others are doing a lot of things to help them stay strong on their noPMO journeys. Others are interacting with people, adopting hobbies, and doing constructive, positive things with their lives instead of doing PMO. What are you doing to stay strong on your journey of healing ? (one thing you ARE doing is posting on this site --- and THAT is a good thing !) One day at a time is how we all succeed.
Firstly Thanks for dropping by. Well Brother There are bunch of them But I can't emphasize on them which is the major one . Well I am honing my skills in Reading and Listening (such as some podcasts stuff) so that my public speaking skills gets sharpened. However I also practice Singing in my meantime. Love to be a part of this community as it helps in getting rid of PMO and In the similar vein it helps in socializing too. Well I'm also curious; what are your hobbies btw.
Most people fail nofap when they try first times, not getting even day 3 becouse after all that years of PMO brain says what a fuck and they experience massive urges, you are on day 4 so you already achieving suceess nofap benefits start raising on day 4, but thats just beginning and they will completely boost in days 10-14, do you feel any changes now?
