18/30 Today was a good day, in the morning I was at school, in the afternoons I was home with friends, at night i did school work . Going to bed now .

Brother, try baby steps. First 7 day challenge, then 14 day challenge etc. Helped me a lot too. Don't put pressure on yourself. Stay strong
Day 3 & 4: Been so busy I haven't had a chance to post here. I'm finding it easier to resist the urges when I'm this busy though... swings and roundabouts.
