Hey man, saw your counter. Just wanted to offer a word of support. I know in the wake of a relapse it can be hard to see hope but that's just temporarily clouded judgement. You have got a bright future ahead of you.

  Don't engage with guilt or regret, the past is gone and you don't owe it anything. Just focus on where you are now. I know you already know this but sometimes hearing it from someone else can help :)

  Words of wisdom! I've moved past shame and guilt. I no longer have a strong emotional attachment to my streaks. I can still feel good about myself after a relapse, it just means there's more work to be done. Thanks for the kind words! How did you set up the counter with the milestones below?
