What I have realised after doing a nofap challenge is, that you need a very strong alternative hobby to take your mind of PMO during urges.. What are yours? Which worked for you in your journey?
PC games was my savior last tym I tried nofap challenge, tat tym I finished 90 days successfully.. After this relapse, this tym again in my NoFap challenge, I have finished 35 days successfully so far, I have taken up cooking as a hobby this tym, every tym em getting urges, I start trying new new dishes.....
Cold Shower or Cold Water. Gives relief for at least next few hours. Otherwise it is difficult to focus on any other things.
In my case, I replaced how I get my dopamine. Instead of PMO'ing, I: workout, drink coffee, eat, walk/jog.
Write a feature film script, get a cheap camera or use phone, go make an indie fearure, enter it into film festivals, tour the world with your movie, meet movie producers, ink a deal for your next movie with a bigger budget, rinse repeat.
