I have refrained from the PMO, MO and just P for two weeks now. But for some reason such a strange phenomenon appeared as constant experiences. In addition, I am tormented by frequent trips to the toilet. It seems to me that I constantly have diarrhea.
what is you eating like?, junk food or health food?, your problem is not pmo related, it sounds like its a health problem.
I eat regular food. For breakfast - porridge with meat. Lunch - soup. And in the evening also porridge with meat. I drink tea. In general, nothing unusual so far. Is that sometimes a snack after a meal with desserts or cookies, but not always.
I do not know, it seems to me that this is because of the nerves. Sometimes I have a feeling of impatience, after which some sounds appear in the intestines.
Mate I dunno what country you're from but I ain't be eating meat for breakfast or porridge for dinner.
I understanded the reason. When appears impatient before an important or unusual event, I start to get worried and there is supposedly diarrhea. In addition, when I think about "PMO", this phenomenon repeats. There are controversial thoughts: one part of my brain says “do it!”, and the other just stops.
Either your body is ridding itself of toxins or you have a food intolerance or nutrient deficiency. You need to drink a lot of water if you have diarrhea.
Unless you've eaten something bad or different, getting diarrhea is not really a weird phenomenon in this context. Masturbation/ejaculation is a very powerful sedative and if you stopped "using" it your true anxiety will surface and anxiety usually results in diarrhea and/or peeing frequently. It's hormone and serotonin related (serotonin in particular controls bowel movements). I'd personally say this is a sign that you're actually doing something RIGHT. As others said, make sure you drink plenty of water (and get sleep, do exercise etc)
abstaining from PMO is always good. I would rather die than go back to that emasculated pathetic lifestyle
I sometimes get diarrhea when I feel anxiety and have nervous system disbalance or experience strong stress. It's possible that when you abstained from PMO your nervous system become more sensitive and you get diarrhea as withdrawal symptom.
I didn't say abstaining is not good. I said that given he stopped PMO he does not get the sedative effect. This is good in the long term but not good in the short term.
