I am lonely af, and working 11 hour days, both my jobs give me 0 interaction with females. Will it set me back to listen?

Wow that's a pretty busy life that you've got, kudos to you. Personally I don't think that audio porn counts so much as a relapse. Assuming that you are already doing nofap then I'd say just as long as it doesn't trigger you and lead you to do PMO then I don't see the problem in doing that.
If its ear eating can trigger me a lot, so maybe a dangerous trigger, but normal asmr its only a brain massage
