Just joined Nofap, hopefully I can do a full week starting out as even this is a mountain for me.

 

Day 5/7 complete!

 

Day 3! Started doing cross-fit. Literally too tired to even relapse at the current moment.

 

Day 0. I want to stop relapsing. I need to protect myself with good habits.

Day 4 was the hardest so far, but I am really happy that I got through it. Now on day 5!

 

forgot abt this 7 day challenge due to problems in life. But I am ready again, day 1/7!

I am now 6 days into the 7-day challenge! Almost there.

Day 5 today

Did anyone watch the SpaceX Rocket launch yesterday - was amazing!

 

3/7 complete. This is the furthest i've made it in this challenge out of about 3 or 4 attempts. I think I am waking up with less urges each day, so I just need to make sure I stay busy and I should be ok

 

Day 6 . I am so happy that I am so close to achieve this goal !

 

I'm in! 7 days for me would be one of my all time highest streaks. I'm looking forward to the challenge!!

fantasy thoughts about sex are increasing significantly like an avalanche as days are passing by. depression is out of the roof. sadness is so much that i wouldn't feel to use porn.
