Weekend for me isn’t too bad. It’s working from home that’s the killer. I was reviewing some of the YBOP videos yesterday. I guess I am at the stage where I’m starving my reward circuit for a dopamine rush and I’ve got neurons reaching out to find new triggers to create major cravings. I’ll make it through the day which means I should hold fast until Monday.
My daughter is sick this morning. Trying to figure out if we stay home on continue with weekend plans. No urges this morning.

Quick check in. After the week of mad urges, and keeping them at bay, the weekend had been much easier. Keeping busy, avoiding the old habits, and using meditation to be my go to thing to break the habit.
Haven't checked in in 2.5 weeks. Super nice to be in this group, but can't say it's enough to help me through. Would love to continue being in this group but really need to figure out a way to find more accountability. The thing that's worked for me most in the past has been living with someone. Very hard not to PMO living alone.
