Day 11 yesterday was a day of feeling pretty flat and feeling it today as well. I’ve been training none stop and don’t know if it’s because of that. I’ve stopped drinking coffee too, so that’s at day 2.
ok, so far so good I'm in the second day and even if the thought is there I'm strong enough to resist hope this will still be there in about a week. KEEP GOING GUYS, YOU CAN DO IT!
