Of course you can do it that way. That's how I did back in the time and going to this time, in my opinion otherwise you don't really feel like you completed anything. That's why once you complete one challenge you move to another with your current streak. Day 2/3
Ok, time to recommit. Have fallen back into old ways after a couple of decent runs (by my recent standards!). Back to 3 days it is! Seem to have lost the will to even bother trying! Not a good sign.
Relapsed... i was just 3 hrs short of making day 1...... anyways now its 50 relapses in 19 days..congrats to myself...big achievement
