Soo... I ended up relapsing. I had a ton of stuff to do and was very anxious so guess what I did- watch porn.Now my problem is even worselol

  How do you feel after giving in? Try to remember that & then you will help yourself out, cheers :)
  
  Also, the panic button has saved many souls.. Go for a walk, get busy in work, do anything that works for you..

Day number 4 pmo free. Feeling great about today no strong urges and I will be occupied all day(college, gym), can'tlet my guard down tho

Day number 3 pmo free. Tough day with urges and anxiety but I will not give up again. I've been at this for way too long, 2 years now.
