10 more days until 180 days! I have a 180 day report that I am still working on, it may be a little late because of work + school exams. :D

Life keeps getting better and better the longer I stick to NoFap hard mode + healthy habits. Who knows how epic life will be 1 year+ no PMO!

Here's my 21st birthday resolution: YES NoFap, NO video games! No more video games ever again!!! YES meditation, too. :)

Think of singers like Dean Martin, Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra and Johnny Mercer. There's no way those men would be successful if they PMO'd.

I have mixed feelings about turning 21 on Monday. Feel like I made a lot of mistakes, lot of time wasted because of PMO and video games.

23 more days until I reach 180 days. Keeping myself busy with work has helped me so much on this streak, my longest ever! So, stay busy!!!

Check out "The Coiled Serpent" by C.J. van Vliet, it's a NoFap-related book all about abstaining from PMO, written in 1939. Very good book.

Life on NoFap is so much better! I'm never ever going back to PMO. I failed a lot a year ago, yet, the true way to succeed is PERSISTENCE!!!

I never thought I'd see the day where looking women in the eye was easy. Thank you so much, NoFap forums and NoFap videos!!!

I'm still healing on my NoFap journey. I definitely have much more sentimentality because of NoFap. :)

I had some awful thoughts (urges) these past two days, @ work & school. The urges seem to be going away slowly. *Urges don't last forever!*

Women are awesome. I like women. Women have been noticing me more lately, and are more inquisitive to me as well. Thank you, NoFap Forums:).

The 24 hour fast went well, actually, in the last three hours. I felt happy in the end of it, to say the least. Maybe I'll try another fast.

I am fasting for 24 hours today. A few more hours until I can eat again :). I haven't noticed any benefits from 24 hour fasting in the past.

I've been having strong urges lately. Thankfully, I have been watching lots of NoFap videos on YouTube. I will not PMO.

I got a new job, one which is much better than my last job. NoFap gave me the strength to get out of my last job!

I'm still on my current NoFap streak. I'm bored, I can't think of any hobbies that I would like to try. My life seems empty at the moment.

Oh yes, it is true...I have reached 90 days without PMO!!! I will be making a list of benefits + more very soon. : )
