I tahir ,22 years old.i am reading in uUniversit.I have pmo addiction from 15years old.I am tring to leave this bad habits,there for i take few steps these r like i took swear of my gf,mom,brodhers,but i fail.I fil shame on me for this.i am facing depression,anxyti etc.

Now i am to much week, duto masturbate 4 day in a week,
