Or does it only happen with some men? I'm getting worried about it, even though I'm at day 2. All because I heard somewhere that some guys have a flatline for 1 year or so, and it really troubles me tbh. If you went through it, write below how it was for you...
From what I've observed, it seems to correlate with how severe your addiction is. If it isn't an addiction in the first place, no flatline. Of course there's also person to person variations but that's the general trend I've noticed. Embrace the flatline when it comes. It's like a free nofap streak with no urges to PMO.
It gets better with time I hope. Flatlines can be terrible if I stay in my room for to long. I feel like a zombie with no life. Going out really helps. Worst part is going creep mode in real life chasing woman on the street to try to snap out of flatline. I just exept it as part of the healing process. Just like all the brain damage I did to myself, courage to face the world and live like a normal person is my goal. So basically flatlines suck.
