Why am I feeling negative effects from NoFap?

Lately I have been having small streaks of 14 days but I still used to feel benefits from that but now i feel worse when I'm on the streak and I don't understand why I feel better when i relapse and I really don't think its because of withdrawal.

 

It is most definitely the withdrawal. Just keeping pushing through, there's no way to avoid it.
