Hi all I really felt a need for this topic There are some times that I feel not good and I have no idea what to do Here with sharing our daily experience and best thing we have done today we can get some ideas to do and feel great after doing it Please share your best activities
My best things was 1) going to a religious ceremony 2)gathering with my successful friends in PMO 3)posting in Nofap
Cleaning up my room Rearranging my table , which allows more space for me to play guitar without bumping the headstock into the wall. Do some core exercises , re-engage my hip extensors for better posture.
I made conversation with a stranger, got a good amount of study done, and read through information on rebooting
Finished reading a book, made sweet potato chips for my wife and the third is my next activity - working on my final thesis after quite a few days of ignoring it.
Cleaned my condo, organized my studio room, and made chili for the first time and it was GREAT...and timely as it's snowing and 19F/-11C.
1) Had fun socializing with my friends 2) Really loved gaining new knowlodge in history! 3) Watched the first episode of season 2 of Stranger Things(a show on netflix)
• Thumb-wrestled with my littlest girl. Pure innocent perfection. • Felt raindrops. What could be better. Inspiring! • Didn't look at sketchy psubs. Life is good!
I helped my dad work outside, posted on here, and went to a yoga class. Instructor didn't show up to class lol, but had a chat to the ppl waiting instead!
1) watched true grit 2) coached a client who told me his abs were getting more defined 3) received a handjob from someone who cared.
Managed to stay off of psubs! Drew some cool stuff instead of being online so long. Stayed patient with my wife.
1) Had a good hot yoga class 2) Put up the Christmas decorations (home alone) instead of fapping! 3) Bought my wife a Birthday present.
Cleaned the house (plus took out the trash, changed the kitty's silica litter, bought groceries) Wrote 2 long-ass letters (both to friends) Came up with a good idea for a performance we're having at our choir's christmas party
