while i am familiar with nightmares—due to ptsd and such—i’ve never really had a wet dream before. but last night, i did; and to make it worse, it was a dream completely surrounding the fetish i started nofap to get rid of. i didn’t relapse, thankfully, but it made me feel pretty disgusting anyway. does anyone have tips on preventing wet dreams like this?
