Ive just joined this site. and I am motivated to take up a challenge to say no to jerking off for 2 years! I believe excessive porn and jerking off over the years have changed my nervous system. I have frequent episodes of head pain and lightheadedness.Moreover, I am a mechanical engineering researcher and I have to focus on my work, porn and masturbation wastes a lot of my time which I could use for my productive research. I have to finish this important project research in 3 months time ,so porn and jerking off cant be an obstacle in my way, but i willing to take up the challenge to stop it for 2 fucking straight years!! and I'm gonna need more motivation and help from you all
