Quick question -
Has anyone felt a sudden increase in body heat? Because I just did and it's.... weird. Almost feels like I can manifest a fireball on my palm. :3
But seriously, is this common? Why does it happen?

Yes, I feel the same sometimes, and your blood pressure may increase occasionally. This is maybe something with stress hormones in your body, I don't know, I'm not a doctor. But my personal experience is, cold shower helps with this.

 

Day 6: I've already had two days where I experienced nightfalls. No PMO indulgence within this time frame but what I'm confused is that does having emissions like that reset my streak or do I just shrug it off and continue since I didn't indulge in the aforementioned act?

 

Don't think you have to reset...... Your streak is still on..... Good luck

 

Day 4...... Wow, my head aches. It's like I'm having a brain fog or something.... Has anyone noticed this before?

Not quite. I haven't experienced headaches because of NoFap. Maybe you had too much screen time (tv, computer, laptop or phone) or you got too stressed because of work related issue or some equally stressful occurrence. But keep going, brother. Plus Ultra.
