Okay something weird happened today. Went to go poop and some precum came out of my dick. This happened in like the first week of my reboot twice, but I'm around day 80 and it hasn't happened at all since. Also, in the last week, I had sex twice and was able to orgasm, something I wasn't able to do before NoFap, so I thought I was healed. Does anyone know if it's normal for precum to come out of your dick even if you're late in the reboot?
Normal. Your prostate and balls are full of juice. Your bowel movements pressed on your prostate and pushed the cum out.
No. His balls would be empty, not much cum would get pushed out. Unless he has a very sensitive anus which would arouse him so much that he would leak pre cum.
I think I already explained. When you are on nofap you store all the sperm and the precum in your prostate. It's filled to the brim. You know it if you ejaculate after a long streak (20 days or more). The volume is huge. If not, get t levels checked. So now the prostate is so full of juice that pressure on your prostate will be enough to push some cum out of your penis. The prostate is right next to your rectum, so when you poop, pressure is being put on your prostate. When you are not on nofap but release your sperm regularly instead, there won't be enough cum in your prostate to cause a leakage or even an ejaculation just by having a bowel movement.
@overclocked I know how it happens. It happened to me a couple times around week 3. It just happened again and I'm nearing 90. I've also had sex and was able to O twice in the past 2 weeks, so I'm not as "full" as I was last time this happened.
It's obviously not a sign you're back to normal, but would this all be considered a "good sign" that things are headed in the right direction?
I don't think it's about "saving up" alone. When aroused or sexually active, your testicles produce more sperm, testosterone is also a factor. So maybe you were in fact "full", you just filled up faster because of some factors. Neutral. Doesn't say anything about progress so I wouldn't think about it that much.
