From personal experience I would say this is totally not true. Today I had an appointment in downtown Seattle and walking by all the gals in summer clothes I had a hog in my pants. I just can say that the size of my penis was equal the length of my old Smartphone Galaxy S5 before I was on the Nofap journey, now if I abstain from porn and masturbation and having a morning wood at the same time it is like my penis has grown upto 1-1,5 cm. This was never the case before that.

How can not doing something harm you? It's ridiculous. It's like saying not hitting yourself on the head with a mallet shrinks your head.

 

This exactly. I went years fapping several times a week and had no morning woods. Now there are nights I wake up 2 or 3 times with wood and virtually every night at least once.

Also spontaneous. One time last summer, on a good streak, I came in from mowing the lawn and lay down and with no other stimulus that thing went from 0 to 100 in like 15 seconds.
