Hi all, I recently joined the NoFap-subreddit. I've been fighting for a long time. I decided to aim for my first 90-day PM-free period last Monday. I relapsed today but decided that I'm gonna keep fighting. I had too little sleep last night, and I think it really lowered my defenses. So I made two decisions and one change: 1) Going to get a more regular sleep schedule 2) Going to start logging my relapses and what causes them 3) Deleted some apps that were problematic, and put time-limit on others using the "YourHour"-app. New 90-day period starting now!
Keep going strong! 90 days is by no means easy, I'd suggest meeting smaller milestones and keep on building up to it. Wish you success
