Have anyone get thicker beard during no pmo?My beard have improved,i want to hear your opinions people.
I get a bit more hair appear in places thay it wasnt before, beard does seem or look fuller when no PMO no idea why
For me girls have no role to motivate to do nofap,i don't worry,otherwise i m happy getting thicker beard.How well i know beard grows and change whole life not just 30,all the time.My beard have improved,so i m wonder if anyone else is,have a nice day.
Nope, no big physical changes. Feel loads better though. Balanced and more positive. But no ‘superpowers’ or other changes to the body.

it did get thicker but i hate having a beard. its a msxualione feature and im not feeling much of a man on the inside because im a 24 yo virgin with a severe sexual opression.
